Handspring To Knees

Are there any level restrictions on running tumbling passes that include a handspring to knees? Obviously the pass would need to end in what is considered legal for the level, but is the "handspring to knees, handspring out" legal in level 2+? How about specifically level 4?

Legal IMO, caution that in level 2 it might be scored as poor tumbling. That video was of a 5 and it's clear that it was intentional, so it's thought of as creative. Make sense?

It would be legal any place a regular BHS would be legal.
