Happy Two Year Anniversary to the International Cheer Union (ICU) and cheerleading on provisional Olympic Recognition!
On 6 December 2016, 2 years ago today, the IOC granted the ICU provisional recognition, beginning our climb towards full Olympic sports status.
As a community, we are thankful for the IOC and congratulate the ICU’s 116 national federations, officials, coaches and millions of athletes around the world.
