Competitive cheer & dance program seeking All Star Cheer director.
General expectations: Be dependable, energetic and motivated. Promote an appreciation of physical fitness- teamwork and sportsmanship. Communicate pleasantly and effectively with all the members of the program including athletes, parents, and other staff. Ability to perform responsibilities without necessity of close supervision. Must have tumbling and competitive All Star cheerleading experience in USASF. Must be or be willing to become USASF certified in all levels.
Candidate will organize, promote, and run the All Star Cheerleading program at our facility. $400 per week with an additional 5% profit sharing once the program reaches 50 Athletes (currently the program is at 32). Increase in pay possible the more the program grows.
