Help!

ok i've had a post similar to this previously. but not exactly.
long story short, i'm leaving my current cheer team for another one due to rising conflicts and so on. its just not fun.
anyway, i dont have any more training sessions until february next year so i wont be seeing any of them.
i just dont know when or how to tell them i'm leaving (by them i mean the cheer family, not the coach- we're getting a new coach and she doesnt even know me yet)
