We have had a really hard time finding another qualified full time tumble instructor in the DC metropolitan area. Anyone have any ideas where to look or advertise for candidates? We pay well and on time, have lots of private lessons available, but can't seem to find any good candidates. So frustrating. Any ideas?

Social Media. Ask around your gym and ask parents to ask around as well. You never know.
