Happy and Brandon are in NJ/NYC choreographing a few pyramids for CJA, which is something they have done every season since 07-08.

I hate to be a buzzkill, but ACE is not opening a new gym in New Jersey or buying out a current one. Their announcement that they're opening new locations happened almost simultaneously with their appearance on CHEER!, and that "happy" coincidence is what has fueled so many rumors.
