How Do I Fix It??

Do them on a trampoline/tumble track/rod floor or anything with more bounce than the spring floor. And reallly squeeze on there and keep everything straight. I know for me it's easier to perfect things on a bouncier surface where I don't have to try as hard to actually DO the skill, but can put all my focus on my technique.

thanks for the advice Ill definitely do that next time im in the gym.
