thanks for the advice Ill definitely do that next time im in the gym.Do them on a trampoline/tumble track/rod floor or anything with more bounce than the spring floor. And reallly squeeze on there and keep everything straight. I know for me it's easier to perfect things on a bouncier surface where I don't have to try as hard to actually DO the skill, but can put all my focus on my technique.
