How Do You Get The Privileges To Post In Allstar?

Im new to the fierceboards, and i was wondering how do you get the privileges to start posting in allstar? how long until you can? do you have to have so many shimmys before you can? if someone could help me out that would be great!

You have to make 3 posts in the Newbie section and wait 3 days.

i have already done that.... but it still says i dont have the privileges to post in the allstar section.
