My flyer always comes down because she feels like she can't do it or she will fall while trying. How can I make her feel more confidant?

My flyer always comes down because she feels like she can't do it or she will fall while trying. How can I make her feel more confidant?

Tell her that she CAN hit it and to never give up! Tell her that sometimes you can give it your all, and things still won't work out, but at least you tried. Let her know that if she stays tight, and trusts her bases, she will hit it!
