I hurt my back on a practice two days ago..it's been hard to walk or to bend down or get up, basically It hurts to do anything. I don't want to go to the doctor because I am scared he will say I cant practice for a while- and I have to cuz I am going to worlds :( Do any of you have some stretches or tips how to get it healed?
