I can definitely relate to the pressure. I've definitely noticed that I've kept my skills longer for the time I wasn't on team (in between the end of the season and time in between tryouts). So I definitely think that the pressure of being on team and needing the skills intimidates me a little bit, so I definitely think that if I were to do hypnotherapy it might help me come through it.I don't know. I think when I first went I believed in it more. As time went on I think I stopped believing in it. So I don't think it would have helped. I think what made it worse was that my coaches and parents had put so much pressure on me to get my tumbling back.
