I can't figure out why MD/DE/NJ are so All-Star laden, and PA is barren.
I cheered for two gyms in PA, both failed...
Pennsylvania Elite may still be around, but PA Elite was closed. I did hear a rumor that they were trying to reopen it, but that would be a bad idea hahawhich gyms in PA?
**just kidding, i saw your response to someone else. haha is PA elite still around?
PA isn't too barren...there are a lot of tiny gyms that aren't big/don't have higher levels so they aren't well known.
Probably 80% of the gyms in MA are somewhere along the coast or that area. The more west you go, the less there are. The sad part is that MA probably has the greatest selection of gyms in the area. New England should get its own map and then compare that to Texas or NJ hahahaTry being in MA haha. Even for a small state, there's certain areas that you have to drive pretty far for.
There are a bunch out in the Pittsburgh area.....the rest of the state, not so much so! What really surprises me is the lack of teams in the Philly and Scranton areas. I would think those places would be great for cheer, large enough populations and being close to Jersey, Delaware and MD (where cheer is huge) you know there are kids from Philly/Scranton (and in between) driving out of state for cheer. The only gym in Scranton is Keystone Extreme and in Philly it's really only PA Spirit Explosion and TriState.
