I Need Help With The Fierce Board

Im new to the fierce board and a bit confused. It says I need to post three posts before I can do anything else. So does starting a thread count as a post? Or is replying to a thread a post?? Also when I click on reply to thread it puts that persons quote in my response. How can I just comment??

Yes, this counts as one post. Writing anything is a post. If you are on a computer, just type in the box at the bottom of the thread to comment without quoting. If you are on your phone, at the top right corner is a box with an arrow in it. Hit that, then hit "reply"
