It's not clear what you are asking here. The Worlds shirts that are posted so far are all available for purchase on-line. Why do you need someone to buy them for you? Where are you thinking someone would buy the shirts you want?

In the 2012 worlds shirts thread there are some shirts posted, and a lot of them you can mail in the money... im sure if you give them enough for shipping there wouldn't be much of a problem getting them overseas (:
