Team Phillipines all girl (last year's silver medalist) had a personal routine with quite decent difficulty but the execution was not really there, I counted 3 BB.

I feel like the biggest thing missing from some of these international teams is confidence. You can tell one thing goes wrong and they get a bit frazzled and start rushing

I agree, and that was pretty obvious with Team France. At some point they began to panic from the previous mistakes and made even more. I'm still happy because every year they improve a little.
