Ideas For Release Move

One of our competition requirements is a release move that originates below prep level. The only thing I can think of is a ball up. Anybody have any other ideas? Thanks!

Switch ups, sponge tosses to skills.

I have no idea what level your team is and what is legally allowed but sponge tosses are pretty easy to learn. You can sponge toss with a skill at the top (make sure you check the rules and see if there is a maximum toss height you can't go above - all-star is like 18 inches I believe) and land back in sponge, land in prep, or land cradle or prone. My personal favorite is sponge toss, ball, land in prone.

Quick toss to a skill is another easy one. Flyer starts standing on the ground and bases grab her legs, everyone dips (flyer bends and jumps) and the bases toss her up and catch in a prep.
