^^^^If this is pre-levels, they're Junior Prep, and I am pretty sure that Junior Prep is actually more aligned to current Youth than Mini. I don't know how old the video is, though.

I have a friend's daughter on this team and she's now barely a teenager, so it had to be 3-5 years ago. It was a real mini 2 team, but since they had no competition, they let them do whatever they wanted to throw.
