Coaches saying "one more time then you can have a break" - really meaning when you hit perfect you can have a break.

Think voiceovers haha. Also like "nuggeting", "sandbagging", "cheerlebrity"

I need an explanation on the "Let's have a kiki..."?

A few weeks ago I was talking to some parents in the gym when I heard a mother tell her tiny age daughter "Hurry up! Take your pants off, get your shoes on, and get out there!"

At that moment I thought of how the gym is one of the only few places that phrase would ever seem to make sense.
...I can think of a few other places it might make sense, none of them appropriate. Ha!

I definitely feel like fierce is the most common one that outsiders don't get. All my friends look at me crazy when I say something is fierce. I complimented a friend and told her that he outfit was fierce and she replied "I thought if you're fierce it means that you're a mean person." Um, no. lol

90% of what cheerleaders say is just drag/gay lingo. So look into that.
