OT Youth Uniform Rental

I have a youth cheer team independent of any school. I have had the same uniforms for over 10 years and charged $50 rental fee. The uniform cost about $90 (out of my pocket)

This year I purchased new uniforms for $95, out of my pocket. Should I stay at $50 rental or go up to $60?
 
Ideally this is the kind of thing that is ironed out and communicated before you make such a big purchase. Are you part of a League that has a precedent or guideline about reimbursements? If you have a League, run this past your President. You should absolutely be reimbursed, even if it takes two seasons. But they might have a rule about raising fees to do so.

No League/no guidelines? 10 bucks isn’t a huge ask, especially if parents understand that you are still fronting $35 per uniform that already came out of your pocket.
 
Thank you- no league, just an independent team that has been around for over 30 years, and mine for 11. I’ve had the same uniform since I took over, and it would be the responsibility of the Director to replace them, unless I were to not rent them but have the parents buy them outright. The problem with that is fittings for 35 girls, and having them sign up in time to get them every year. Sometimes I have girls want to come in even after we have begun practices. Every years my husband and I look at it again and see how we can do it. Last year we added in the Poms as part of the $50, and they keep them- before I kept them. That way if someone lost them, they had to pay for a new pair. So many variables, just wondering if anyone else had experience with independent large teams and rental uniforms.
