High School Is this legal..

I personally don't cheer for hs but I saw a video on facebook of a stunt that I really doubt is legal. To keep it short, it's basically like a bad version of Maddie's 360 ball up.

The throw the flyer up, she balls up (with her legs 6 inches apart - ew) and spins (I'm not sure if its a full 360 or 180 just because of where the video starts), then she dips up to heelstretch.

I know a lot of people questioned the legality of CEA's version because of the height which is exactly what I'm thinking in this case. Plus HS rules are a lot more strict..

They did it as a 180! I saw a video today and almost threw up. Then I almost had a heard attack watching a girl do a 'kick single'..
