An in the meantime focus on the positives. Good coach, making friends, having fun, learning new skills (or working in older ones with new perspective?). Think of it as a rebuilding year?

Bumps in the road are great for appreciating the good. And preparing our children that life isn't always perfect and how to use the not so perfect times as a learning experience.
