The toss at 0:46 is illegal as it is a head over hip rotation that is not braced. Everything else is level 5.Yes?

Oh, yes! It's allowed here in Sweden in level 5, I'm sure they adapt the routine to the Jamfest level 5 rules! The toss at 0:46 is illegal as it is a head over hip rotation that is not braced. Everything else is level 5.
True true! But then that toss would be illegal surely?
'Flipping, inverted or traveling tosses are not allowed' Level 5 toss rules.
But then they might be slightly different in Sweden :)

Both Power Cheer Cougars and USC Excaliburs are doing it this year. It's legal in sweden...I don't know why but according to the rules it's only illegal with baskets that rotates backwards..
I don't think i have seen any team (at that level) do it before and I thought it was illegal until I looked it up..
