The toss at 0:46 is illegal as it is a head over hip rotation that is not braced. Everything else is level 5.

Oh, yes! It's allowed here in Sweden in level 5, I'm sure they adapt the routine to the Jamfest level 5 rules!

It's legal in sweden...I don't know why but according to the rules it's only illegal with baskets that rotates backwards..
I don't think i have seen any team (at that level) do it before and I thought it was illegal until I looked it up..

I know solid rock are going, at Scotcheer they had Senior Coed 5 and I am sure Senior allgirl 3 but I can't be sure sorry!

I heard rumours that Crusaders arnt going? atleast in Level 5 all girl anyway. also i dont think goldstar are competing in Allgirl either, i think they are concentrating on FC, according to facebook status's anyway.
