anyone thats been to indy before how are they about calling teams out on legalities for example a restricted 5 throwing skills that are clearly not legal ..........

Yes its almost impossible to get a table anywhere in downtown Indy. I know people who were reserving 6 months ago. I'm sure its going to be nuts down there!! I'm going to enjoy every minute...except the 6:15am report time. It keeps getting earlier, & earlier as the week goes on. Oh well I guess that's what I signed up for. lol

We are going as a team to Bucca Di Beppo, they said the same thing about places filling up fast. We are doing ours Friday night!

Are they allowing you to order from the menu? We went there a couple of years ago and when we got there, we only had the choice of a few items and they were at banquet pricing. I'm not sure of the exact pricing, but kid's meals were around $18. :(

We're hitting PF Chang's on Friday night - yeah!! One of the moms was organized & got us in there. No plans for Sat. night - probably an informal dinner since things are running so late that evening.

If you want to order a la carte, then you have to wait for your reservation like normal sit-down. If you want a guaranteed sit time, then you have 4 family sit-down menus to choose from. Each one has decent selection, but it is not the complete menu. If you want to order a few other items, it's possible, but you have to meet the reserved contract seating and I would coordinate that with the manager ahead of time (I just went through all this)

i know ashay gave us a list for the team to chose from so im guessing they arent able to order from the menu which is fine as long as they are able to have a team dinner together

I remember the first year we went to Indy & we went to Buca de Beppo to eat & had no idea how it worked. I went with 3 other coaches and we were starving so we ordered some appetizers and each of us ordered a meal. the waiter says boy you must be hungry and we said we are. do you think he would have told us that each meal serves like 4 people?? needless to say we had enough food to feed a small army.
