Just A Fan. Anyone Like Me?

Hi! My name is Miia and i am a swedish cheer fan. I am just that. just a fan and not a cheerleader and i never have been. I cant cheer because of back problems and i hate that fact.

the reason i start this thread is that i find that finding others that are just fans of cheer and not cheerleaders them selves is pretty hard. especially in sweden. and i have nobody to talk cheer with since no one in my family likes sports at all. so i would like to ask? is anyone on here just a fan? I would love to know if there are someone!!

I desperatly need someone to talk cheer with and right now it doesnt matter if you are a cheerleader or not but would love to know if i am alone in being just a fan.

(posting this in the newbie section just to be sure to not get hate because i post it wrong. and soory about the language. swedish is my first language. not english.)

Dont worry, we won't throw shade on your language skills! For one thing, your English is fantastic! And second, your English is WAY better than our Swedish!

Haha thank you and by the way. big fan of you. and iäm not only looking for swedish fans. but having someone swedish would be amazing. but acctually there are several forums or blogs for swedish people. but most people here in sweden doesnät even know what cheer is. and that is a shame because gymnastics is huge here. but one artistic and like our own twam gymnastics as it is called. and most on the swedish forums are cheerleaders who maybe dont understand why anyone would want to be a fan and NOT a cheerleader.

yeah the newbie rules scared me at first but I haven't been attacked on here yet! *knock on wood* as long as you don't start talking about cheerlebrities or bashing gyms you're good!

well thats not going to happen because i know absolutley nothing about cheerlebrities because we dont have them here in sweden. and i basicly love every gym. just because they do what i want to do.
