The skill works like this-
5 shoulder sits in a row, hands connected
the 2nd and 4th shoulder sit press off the shoulders to a half lib ( so you have shoulder sit, lib, shoulder sit, lib, shoulder sit)
Then the side base reaches up for the foot in the lib and the flyer switches to an outside hitch
The girls are connected by hand or foot the entire time, and during the tic tock the flyer is never released
Legal or not?

This should be legal as long as a base/backspot stays in contact throughout the transition. The transition rules state that 1 must maintain contact.
