I'm almost 100 percent sure that is illegal since it goes by body position and you can only spin a quarter of a turn not a half. Unless that has changed recently. I coached S2 a few years ago and we did a half turn and got a HUGE deduction and had to change it for day 2 to a quarter turn. Would this be for a pyramid?

It's legal as long as somebody keeps contact with both legs the whole time (as you stated it would be your third)

1/4 turn is L1. 1/2 turn is L2.

Yes. Dismounts in L2 can only turn 1/4 but any transitions (attached) can rotate up to a 1/2 turn.

Ahhhh ok that's why then lol it was a cradle. I haven't coaches l2 in a 4 years so I assumed turns would be the same as cradle for that level. Haha thanks for clarifying :)
