Is the stunt at 1:41 and the stunt at 2:04 legal at level 2.

Also can you cradle to stomach from a 2 leg prep?

Both stunts are legal. I don't think you can cradle to prone. The dismount states,"Only straight pop downs, basic straight cradles and ¼ turns are allowed."

level 3 if the cradle begins below prep. level 4 if it's prep or above.

Depends what level. If contact is maintained then it's legal at level 1. With A release it's level 3. (assume you are asking about cradle to prone?)
