I sent in a video to USASF a week ago, but have not received a response.

Is this legal for Level 2?

No. The inversion has to start on the performing surface. The flyer is not in contact with the performing surface during the inversion. Not legal level 2.

Andre isn't allowed to answer legality questions on here. You got a correct answer above though. If she were to stay on the ground and do more of a back roll that would be legal, but as shown in the video it is illegal.
