Is a Tuck, 360 (staying vertical, so straight), prone legal for level 4?

If I'm imagining this right, I don't believe so, but I could be wrong

Our 4.2 does a half twisting ball out, but I'm not sure if a full twisting one is legal.

If it lands in prone it cannot be considered a dismount. It would come under stunt release moves. As long as it does not exceed extended arm level or land inverted it is legal.
