Is the following stunt sequence legal at level 4:

Full up to extension, double down, reload, half up to right leg stretch, switch down to left leg lib at prep, switch up to right leg stretch, arabesque, single twist down?

Thanks!

The switch down may be legal based on the execution...The flyer can't exceed extended level, so if there is any upward motion in that release, it's probably illegal.

The switch up would be illegal...release moves that are caught extended must start from the ground (as you described it, it starts from prep).

Both would be fine if someone (the backspot) maintained contact through out.

All the rest should be fine.

So then if the switch down went to ground level, free leg touched the ground and then switched up, that would be okay

If you did the switch down (and were very cautious of height), the touched down to the ground immediately prior to the switch up, yes, it would be legal.

Everything is good except for the switch up...has to be ground up.
