Is it legal in level 5 to do a 1/2 twist while doing a helicoptor?

L5 Helicopters are limited to 2 twists.

There was a restriction last season (?) of 1/2 twist from belly to back, but once helicopters were made legal in level 4, the twisting restriction was removed from level 5.
