ok I have one girl laying on her back on the floor opening her legs for someone to tuck jump over her.
Is this legal?

As long as the jumper isn't touching anyone else, yes a person can jump over another person. If anyone is touching her, she's a flyer & then can't pass over another person.

So in our pyramid, we have prep level stunt falling foward into a group of girls, but once she falls she grabs/links with both arms to one of the girls who is in a set postition on the floor to go to a prep level, but once they catch the bomb immediately to prep level arabesque.
