After re-examining it - they ONLY took out the discriminatory part..... At least that I could see

Interesting...agreed but why remove it unless you know that serious repercussions can now be established. Hope someone screenshot it. I wonder who was directly responsible for this discrimination?

I have screenshots on my phone and hard copies of the original in PDF...

I wanna see the original again...I should've done a screen shot

with a season full of such heartbreak, with jeff from power taking his life, Madeline being diagnosed with cancer, and other tragedies. this is the year NOW more than ever that our industry should come together and support one another and not limit individuals for loving and performing their heart out for the sport they love. i was BEYOND offended when i saw that line in the "Athletic" category, coming from a deep christian family being homosexual hasn't always been easy for me and as a sophomore in high school i was kicked out of my church for being gay/fear that i would turn the other boys in our youth group homosexual as well. when that happened i turned to the cheer world and my cheer friends to accept me for who i was and up until yesterday i though i had seriously found the one place were yes in some cases boys can wear blush and shimmy till theyre blue in the face but it was ok because hey we are all here for the same reason, to cheer, but with what USASF posted yesterday, it seemed to be a LAW we should live by not opinions to better the industry. i have LOST all respect in the USASF and the board for even considering these preposterous ideas and rules. i truly hope we can get a formal apology from them but even then the damage is done in my eyes. i pray for their sake no young man thinks differently of himself now from what these rules are stating because if even one boy does, then we've failed them in letting them know its ok to be who you are and live and love what you want.

i would continue to look into this, even after an apology and admittance of fault was released, if for nothing else, then to find out how to prevent it from happening again!
