Motivation For Nhscc

Hi! I am a high school cheer coach and I my girls and I leave next week for Nationals in Orlando! The coaching staff and I are having some trouble motivating the girls and the frustration between the girls is through the roof! I have been coaching for a long time and have tried anything and everything to help, but I am running out of ideas! Any advice?

Bring up last years video from NHSCC on varsity.com and show them some of the better teams that you are against, and then explain what you need to do to be on that level. I'm not saying show them only the national champs but just show some of the top teams and some teams that are around you skill level so they can see what their real competition is and who they should strive to be like
