Motivation/moral Boost

So the season is winding down and we have our big final competition coming up which also happens to be our nationals. Also of the kids have been busting their butts working to improve their skills and be prepared for the big comp but we also start our tryout workouts the week we get back (basically there is no down time until after tryouts which occur three weeks after our nationals).

I'm afraid that the younger kids or some of the kids that are on the fence about cheering might be getting burnt out and I would love some ideas for boosting their motivation and moral right before nationals, right afterwards to get them excited for the new season, and also some good team bonding activities and motivation to keep them going through the summer until we get to choreography and comp season. When I was on a team I used to get so bored during summer because comp season seemed so far away.
 
DO a camp as a team! do good luck gifts for natonals and tryouts!
Nationals t shirts that the whole team wears allways makes me excited :D
