I use magix... can anybody give me any tips on making my music better? How do you make a song stutter?

I use a diff program, but you stutter you can change the snap to 1/8, 1/16, ect. and cut out every other beat, or in FX if you add a Acoustic Delay im pretty sure theres a option for stutters.

you can use a "gate affect" i.e. what @nickmorton was explaining or you can cut what you want to stutter and loop it : ) or I use a mixing board (like a dj would use per say) and cue it to stutter
