Music Help....

I know this is the wrong forum for this type of question but as a newbie I cannot post in the music section. Anyhow, I am trying to dabble a bit in cheer music production. I have a small library of SFX, beats, builds, and etc. I was wondering if anyone here was generous enough to help out a newbie. I have been to the library:

I got them from a friend who had the install disks. However, I know there are trial downloads available here.
