There isn't even a full point between them and first place - so even though their placement is relatively "low", they're not far from first place.

And because it's relevant but didn't happen recently:
Dear level 5 athletes: please don't show it during the 2:30 you're on the mat that you're disappointed with one of your teammates/your performance. When I can see it over the live stream, the judges in the arena can see it, too - and it won't help your score. You're on a level 5 team, by now you should've learned to pretend that everything is going really well even though it isn't.
