All-Star Nca Crossovers -- Is It 5 Per Team Or 5 Per Gym??

Wait so someone can't crossover from senior level 4.2 to senior level 2 or can they because of the level '2' in their division. (actually there's two people crossing to our lvl 2 team for NCA) lol help!

Level 4.2 can cross to either level 2 or level 4.

Ok that's what I was thinking but wasn't quite sure :) lol if that wasnt allowed I think my coached wouldve freaked! We just spent a week adding two people in the routine & redoing some of it ;)
