Not implying there is predestination, but what is put out on the floor is what wins titles. If the pressure of the moment didnt mean so much then you wouldnt see teams miss. F5 looked absolutely fantastic day 1, but the pressure of the moment weighed in on them. Me and a friend were standing there watching them before the music started and he commented about them bouncing in place and looking really nervous. He said 'I don't think they are ready for this.' Sunday they weren't. It is a lot of pressure to carry on ones shoulders and hitting when it counts is half of what makes cheer so hard.
The thing about Orange is they show a lot of ability to hit under pressure. 16 of those girls are World and back to back NCA champions. That means when the pressure is on, they will hit. To me that can be the most intimidating thing. Is knowing that you may go out and attempt a harder routine, but if you slip up by one tiny step your competition will win, because they will hit when it counts.
