Not sure...mines working on IE and on Chrome. Haven't tried it on my laptop yet. They have a bunch of tips on how to avoid technical difficulties, maybe that will help?

what browser are you using? I am using Firefox on Windows 7.

Tips to avoid technical difficulties:• Turn off pop-up blockers, we will not surprise you with any pop-ups while you’re viewing the show!
• Once your feed is up and live, keep the browser window open. If you need to take a break, minimize the window. And if you need to Tweet or Facebook about the show, just open a new window to either of NCA or NDA’s social media sites or use your smart phone.
• If you happen to close the window, you can log back in easily. Just click on the link again and you should be taken to the live stream.
• If you are prompted to re-enter your credit card or Pay Pal information, you will NOT be charged twice. Enter your information, you will receive a message saying you have already paid to the show, and the show will begin.
• You can only view the event from a home computer, so for those on the go, mobile phones and tablets will not play the feed for you.
• In case you are only getting audio and a black screen for video. The problem you are experiencing is due to a Flash setting in your computer. In order to solve it, please right-click at the player and select the "Settings" option. At the Adobe Flash Player settings, the "Enable Hardware Acceleration" should be unchecked.
For your information:• One you complete your transaction you will receive a confirmation email with a transaction ID and an order number. Please use this for reference if you have any technically difficulties.
• Varsity TV is broadcasted through Ooyala,Inc. Please contact them directly at [email protected] for any questions or issues you are having while viewing. Don’t forget to let them know that you are trying to get help specifically on Varsity.com.
