I thought it was an out of state tuition waiver?

When did that change? For as long as I remember it has been in state waivers not full scholarships.

Their profile on collegecheerguide says that Blue receives full IN state paid and White gets $500 a semester. It states on their page on the ukathletics.com website that Blue Squad receives scholarships which are "generally" equivalent to in state tution but does not include certain fees that the University charges. I assume that this means if a member of the Blue Squad comes from outside the state of KY they have to pay the difference (out of state - in state). They also have several other scholarships that are given to members of the team based on other things.
