My stunt group did a ball up 180 (facing back landing to front to extension). I was wondering if this is a level 5 stunt? Since Senior Elite does ball up 360 to prep. I think that would be equal to doing a 180 to extension..

In level 4 release moves have to start from the ground if they're going to hit at extension, so yes. The ball up 360 is actually legal in L4 I believe since it doesn't hit at the top.

It is. A ball up from sponge without any rotation is level 5 as well. The ball up 360 to sponge is actually a level 4 stunt though.

If you start in a sponge and it is fully released with nobody (usually it would be a backspot) holding on the whole time, that is illegal in level 4.

It can be made legal if you start with one foot on the ground, like a lib grip. It'll be funky to adjust to at first but that's a quick fix. :)
