All-Star Need Help With Multiple Notifications

A lot of times it seems like I get eight old ones when 1 new one is pushed. I was doing privates yesterday and my alerts couldn't even finish playing because that's how many came in it once. It was like stutter tone.

I seem to only get the repeats when a new one comes in....so if someone were to quote this post, I would get that notification, along with several previous ones.
