Music Need Music That Doesn’t Require Licensing

I need a mix but don’t need the licensing for it. We aren’t using it for a competition but I’m running out of options finding remixes of songs on YouTube and I want something that sounds like actual cheer mix not like a club mix.

Are there any people who still do mixes like that at a resonable price?
