For my design methods class we have to make a piece of clothing or accessories out of something not normally used to make clothes. I think I'm going to do a cheer uniform out of duck tape. No idea if it will work but it looks cool in my head. I'm kind of excited.

if you need any inspiration for this assignment, i have 3 words for you, Rupaul's Drag Race. They are ALWAYS making outfits out of unusual items. Kind of like those anything but clothes parties. i don't think you'll have any problem using duct tape. so many people have make tuxedos and prom dresses out of it, there are probably full on tutorials online somewhere

Not really. I know how to sew by hand and on a machine but it's been a long time since I've done that...like 7 years lol

If someone is trying to get tumbling to do an open 4 team do you think they absolutely have to get a back walkover? My friend is trying to get a front walkover & back handspring but she doesn't wanna go to tumbling because she thinks they'll make her learn a back walkover :rollseyes:

I'm gonna say no. I kinda doubt anywhere in an open 4 routine there will be a random back walkover section lol.

I didn't lean how to do a back walkover until I was 18....only because I forced myself to do it. I finally decided that with all the other tumbling I can do, I should be able to do a back walkover
