Is the movie out yet? I definitely want to see it after reading the book! It was good! At first I didn't think I'd like it (at first all the little bold information-type sections bugged me) but then I realized who the narrator was and it all made sense so I liked it much more.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's out! Or at least coming out soon, I think. And, yeah the narration confused me for a little bit, but it was a really good book!

It came out last Wednesday. Better hurry up and see it - I don't think it's getting enough publicity so I doubt it'll be in theaters long. I'm scrambling trying to finish the book so I can see it.

(and lol it tells you on the first page who the narrator is! It's a little weird but I'm getting into it now.)

Eta: my sister says it's one of her all time favorite books (she read it a couple years ago - I had never heard of it until recently) but I just am not feeling it that much. I've been reading it for over a week. :(

It's so funny, half my twitter timeline were like 'We knew already, Tom' and the other half were like 'Welcome to the dark side'. Glad he got to do it on his own terms/didn't reveal to a tabloid for £££

I love the way he did it. So understated and personal. It's interesting too, because so many people think sexuality is black and white, and him describing it in his own personal experience it isn't, and I think it might be eye opening for some people. It's like Josh Hutcherson, who's gone on record to say that, though he isn't gay, he can't say for certain he'd never fall in love with, or be with, a man rather than a woman, it just hasn't happened to him yet.

I've always believed that sexuality is fluid, and I think more people are coming round to the idea. His video has brought up a lot of discussion surrounding football (soccer) players in the closet in the UK, interested to see if it will spark another brave reveal.

Haha yes I did! Although I am sad that I no longer have a chance with him (like that would ever happen ;)), I am so glad he has come out and is comfortable enough to tell all. He done it in a personal matter of fact manner, hiding nothing and I really respect him. I'm still his biggest fan, I mean my fish are named after him and I have a personalized autograph and a cut out haha :cheering:

To be fair, he does say he still fancies women. And in other news I'm now saying fancies even though I'm Canadian because that's cute a.f.
