you must have spent a fortune on suppliesSorry if it's huge. I just copied it from my instagram lol. The clear tape was supposed to be like skin color mesh. The back is pretty much the same as the front, just without the words so I don't have any pictures.
Oh and ignore my ugly foot in the bottom of the one picture!

Congrats! I was in a similar situation and went back to coach the school I graduated from a year and a half out. (I came on as a varsity assistant September of my sophomore year.) So I was coaching a lot of my former teammates. My advice: Assert yourself from day 1. It may be tempting to hug on and buddy up to your old teammates, but that's going to hurt you in the long run.
The moment when you realize a uniform made out of tape is nicer than many of the uniforms posted in the uniform thread:D:DSorry if it's huge. I just copied it from my instagram lol. Thank you!!! I'm about a year and a half out too! I definitely have been thinking about that.Congrats! Now, I'm not saying be mean to them. I'm saying establish yourself and your expectations early. It's MUCH easier to start tough and gradually lighten up as necessary as the year progresses than to start relaxed and try to toughen up as they take advantage of you.
Definitely! You don't have to be a slave driver or anything but let them know the expectations up front and what will happen if they don't abide by it. Then the hardest part - stick to it the first time you're tested. (with tardiness, absence, misbehavior etc.) I would make the mistake of excusing it and letting it slide and it only got worse as the year progressed.Thank you!!! I'm about a year and a half out too! The girls have just come off of the most successful season in our history- and they had no one to coach and it would be so sad for all of that to go down the drain JUST because there's no coach- so I just had to. There's about 4 girls I cheered with still on the team so hopefully it's not too big of an issue!
Thank you so much for the advice!! Especially the start out tough- that's a great way of thinking about it.

Yeah that sounds smart. Thank you again :)Definitely! You don't have to be a slave driver or anything but let them know the expectations up front and what will happen if they don't abide by it. I did the same thing. I asked our mail lady to honk if I got anything from him lol. I may have been late to class a few times because I was waiting on the mail :p the first one usually takes the longest to get because they have to go through holding for a week or so, but after that they come like once a week. One week I didnt get a letter and when I asked my boyfriend, he sent one but the post office lost it. saying I was livid would be an understatement. After 2 months of just letters, our relationship got so better because we appreciated each other much more. It sucks, but its so worth it.Anxiously waiting on a letter from my boyfriend from Basic.. Don't mind me while I stalk the mail man :P
Another rumour I saw (media takeout) is that jay is a bit too hands on with bey! They have pics of her with bruises(harmless since she gives her life when she performs) but they have one with bruises around her neck! Made me take a step back!Another rumor is that he told the sisters he was not done with the party and going to Rhianna's after party.
He also dropped Solange from his label prior to this...awkward
And he agreed to attend Kanye/Kim wedding and be best man knowing Bea is not their biggest fan. (That one right there deserves a swift booty kicking.)
