Ugh. I'm trying to do a double down on the trampoline and i have a mental block on it?? Every time i pull a full down then i just sprawl across the trampoline and i just cannot do it!! I've also been working on double fulls since i've had a pretty good looking full (its actually nice looking) for a year, and they're a lot harder than i thought. I get stuck at 1 1/2.

Are you afraid of landing too hard and hurting your neck?

For my single down i land on my butt like in a pike and not on my back, but i am scared of the landing for the double down. I keep pulling the full down and i think im opening up to soon...
I've never flown anything more than a thigh stand (I was a main base and a backspot), so I'm not exactly sure as to what corrections/tips I should give you... when you say "opening up" do you mean uncrossing your arms to lock around your bases necks? Or allowing your pelvis to drop for the cradle?

Both of those, im just not spinning anymore i just stop. And my arms fly outward. And im not a flyer either, i just am flexible and i've been working kick fulls and what not.

You are probably letting your arms fly outward as a defense mechanism to stop the rotation.

I think you should research double downs a bit more, the more you know about a skill, the less room you have to wonder about it and the less likely you are to develop intense fear or a mental block over it (ever heard the phrase, 'we fear what we don't know'?).

Plus, though I don't know you, I think you might not have a mental block. Sometimes people confuse intense fear with MBs because the term gets thrown around so much. Try watching what you eat (no processed foods, and AVOID ARTIFICIAL SUGAR AT ALL COSTS), regulate your sleep pattern, and keep a daily journal (about your emotions and thoughts; however, it helps to journal what you eat and drink as well). Good luck!

I learned from flying it's a lot different on the trampoline than actually flying. Doing double downs on the trampoline can actually cause some bad habits when you actually go to fly because you're teaching yourself to jump our of the bases hands instead of waiting for the pop. I learned the hard way.

It's owned by the trainer. It's small and he has his own place it's not like an official gym if the makes sense? And I guess it would be "distracting" to wear a sports bra while other boys are working out. I totally disagree with that but yeah

But wait a minute. This just irks me. Even if you were dressed in "cute" work out gear it shouldn't matter. This is completely sexist behavior. "Don't bring those tatas in here honey!"

I know I haven't posted that picture yet (red white and blue cake ball making got the best of me last night, lol), but I plan to later. Just wanted to tell everyone who's celebrating, Happy 4th of July!

So, 21 hours ago, you were going to post a picture. Then 7 houses ago, you're going to post a picture "later".

Don't ever ask why people groan when you say "be ready in a minute."

:)

Okay, here it is! (Admittedly, I'm absolutely horrible at putting things off, and taking forever to get ready. This time, I was genuinely busy though! (okay maybe I always say that; I have a problem) Last night I made 100 cake balls for family 4th of July BBQ, and today I went to said BBQ where I spent around 9 hours in the pool in the most intense family pool volleyball tournament ever (literally there were multiple teams and brackets. It was intense).
ETA: My once-ivory skin is now a nice bright red, comparable to that of a lobster.

That pom is gorgeous.... but she's not going to use it in all star. I love the website though, it's well laid out and they have and their in-stock pom colors are ones that I typically see in the custom section on other sites.

I was in your lobster position last week :P pouring vinegar over the burn, letting it dry there and then applying Burt's bees after sun care lotion saved my life. The redness disappeared so much and took a lot of the stinging away!! Sounds weird but it was actually quite soothing. Sunburns are the absolute worst!
